RATESSouthTowne Living Center is proud torent on a per resident, per month basis for: All-Inclusive Rate of $3,800.00 per Resident Per Month for a Private Room & $3,700.00 Per Resident Per Month for a Semi-Private Room. You'll find we offer far more service and experience at a lower cost than any other facility in town. We DO NOT use Level or Point systems that can raise the costs of care and service for your loved one within a very short period of time. Monthly increases at facilities using point and level systems are not unheard of. We feel our unique alternative to charging benefits everyone, especially you, our customers. Plus, our fair method of charging allows the bookkeepers in the family to budget more easily on a month-to-month basis. You have no idea how popular we are with the accountants among us!
