OUR MISSION

Our mission is the same today as it was 17 years ago. We will provide your family member with the individualized care they need and deserve, freeing up "quality time" for you and your family to spend with your loved one.

Specializing in Alzheimer's care, Southtowne's goals for each resident are:

To care for and respect our residents' preferences in providing all care. This is our residents' home and we will serve and accommodate them, not ourselves.
To encourage as much independence as is possible, for as long as possible.
To make sure each of our residents has fun, feels loved and enjoys thoughtful human contact and touch every day.

To provide quality of life for our residents through meaningful activities like daily musical programs, aroma and touch therapies, arts and crafts, baking, and men's activities like sanding wood and putting pipes together, just to name a few.

To provide a healthy, comfortable and safe home for our residents in an environment that really feels and responds like home.

To meet each of our residents' medical needs through a well educated and stable nursing staff.
